I just wanted to let you know how wonderful your staff was at the Tellus Drive location in White, Georgia. I was part of the evacuation from Florida as Irma was approaching. It was a very trying time for all of us and your staff made it tolerable. We were all very well looked after, which was no easy situation as weather conditions were also difficult in Georgia and the hotel was short-staffed. But I wanted you to know how above and beyond the call of duty your staff went to make sure guests were treated well.

One young lady in particular, Alicia, was completely amazing. Not only was she upbeat and kind she worked tirelessly to take care of guests and always with a smile on her face. She was even in the position of not being able to go home one night and I know she couldn't possibly have slept as she was too busy cheerfully checking on guests. Alicia even made sure that there was a lovely breakfast laid out that very next morning.
Check in was chaotic, no information given. It was a decent room for the night. Customer service needs to be looked into.
Anyway, it was a trying time for me and I wanted to let you know how much better your staff made things for me. It means a lot to be surrounded by such concerned and happy people when something as nerve-wracking as a forced evacuation occurs.
I also wanted to mention that a young man at the front desk really went the extra mile for my daughter as well. A cheerful young man with dark hair and a beard, we believe his name was Evan. He really went that extra mile for my daughter by fixing her Kindle so that it would go online with the hotel wifi. And Rishonda (I so hope I spelled that right) was one of the most cheerful people I've ever met, never without a smile or a bit of conversation for everyone.
Very nice hotel. Clean and updated. I was very impressed! And very happy. Beds are very comfortable.
Seemed to be nice by the pictures . Say they offer breakfast yea muffins. Key card never worked , had to keep going back to desk . Gym equipment was broke. Staff was rude . Glad to be leaving today .
Not comfortable hard bed and tiny pillows, $72 not worth it($58+13 tax! and nothing but muffins,bagels, and yogurt for breakfast. Not coming back!
